Drake T. Tollefson D.D.S.

Dr. Drake Tollefson is a 1978 graduate from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. He has just completed a 500 hour course in Contemporary Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Minnesota and has gained his certification in cosmetic dentistry.

With the new esthetic techniques and equipment he can dramatically improve the appearance, shade, shape and color of your smile! Dr. Tollefson also specializes in implant dentistry, the office is equipped with digital x-rays, so there is no worry about radiation exposure, and we are also a mercury free office!

Tracy and Paula are the two friendly voices that you will hear when calling our office, Both ladies have several years in the field of dentistry and have a true understanding of patient care, and the importance of your busy schedules.

Karen and Diana are Dr.Tollefson's assistants, both have extensive back grounds in patient care.They are very caring and compassionate towards the patients comfort and their number one concern is for patient care.

Connie,Patty and Karen, our hygienists are very educated in periodontal study's that link gum disease to an assortment of other health conditions and problems, we offer the ViziLite Plus as an option to detecting oral cancer , If found early, treatment is 90% successful!

Comfort to our patients is very important to Dr. Tollefson, Dr.Kelley and our staff, we offer headphones and viewing screens in each operatory, pillows, blankets, DVDs and CD's. Our beverage center located in our reception area offers both hot and cold drinks. We use the latest techniques to assure you are comfortable during each procedure. Nitrous oxide, sedative medication and local anesthetic will be used to offer effective pain control.

Daniel J. Kelley D.D.S.

Dr.Kelley is a Cincinnati native who attended Miami University for his undergrad education and then his dental degree at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. | http://dent.osu.edu/news/2009/02-02-09-Practice_Connection.php During his time at OSU Dr.Kelley was very involved as an Admissions Ambassador and President of the OSU chapter of The American Student Dental Association. He organized community outreach programs and traveled as a representative of the college to conventions to stay involved with current dental events. Dr. Kelley has special interests in Implant Dentistry, Sedation, Invisalign, and enjoys working with children. His goal is to provide excellent patient care. In his free time, Dr. Kelley enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Lauren.

Connie - Hygienist Connie graduated from the University of Cincinnati Dental Hygiene College.She joined the practice of Drake T.Tollefson in June of 1985 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Connie continues to take numerous courses yearly to enhance her clinical skills and stay updated on ever changing dental technologies.
Diana - Assistant Diana has been serving as a dental assistant for three decades; she has worked in many different dental practices across the United States. Her first concern is the patient, followed by the technical and practical competence. Dental health has always been a passion for her. A native of the area she graduated from Anderson High School, received her technical training at the former Cincinnati Metropolitan College, and she received her certification of Emergency Medical Technician from Western Kentucky University.She and her husband of 30 years have three grown children and 1 granddaughter.
Patty W. - Hygienist Patty attended the Ohio State University-Lima branch and received her associates degree in dental hygiene. She worked several years as a hygienist in Ohio, Illinois and Indiana before taking time off to stay home with her children. She resides in Loveland with her husband Pat and their three children, Allison, Joey and Cole. When she is away from the office she stays busy volunteering and spending time with her family.
Paula - Marketing/Treatment Coordinator Paula has 18 years experience in assisting the doctor chair side and several years in the business office. Paula lived the majority of her childhood on Randolf Air Force Base and graduated from Samuel Clemens High School in San Antonio, Texas. She began her career in dentistry in Chicago, Illinois as an Office Manager and soon moved into the assisting aspect of dentistry. Paula has obtained her X-rays license and continues to take many continuing education courses to stay on top of the constantly changing field of dentistry.
Tracy - Business Office Tracy started working in the dental field in 1994.  She joined our office in the spring of 2006 as our scheduling/insurance coordinator and eventually as business manager.  Each year she takes continuing education courses to stay up to date on her field of insurance, software and business issues.   Tracy grew up and still resides in Newtown, Ohio with her husband Jim.  She has 2 sons, James and Scott, and 1 grandson, Austin.  When not working she likes to spend time with her grandson, playing softball and bowling.
